Introducing our Professional Acting Diploma to Oxford!

A brand new opportunity at Pegasus Theatre for aspiring young actors in Oxford

In September 2018 our full-time Professional Acting Diploma will begin at Pegasus Theatre. The programme gives students aged 16-18 a real drama school experience, with the same kinds of curriculum, rigour and ethos. The course will be taught by industry professionals at the Pegasus Theatre. It is a fully government funded 2-year full-time programme that is an alternative to A-levels. As a Level 3 Extended Diploma, it attracts UCAS points with the equivalent value of up to 3 A-levels at A* which means students can progress either to drama school, university or directly into the industry.

The course is designed to develop you as a young contemporary actor, discover your acting individually and equip you to be a creative theatre maker. As a student, you can expect a personalised learning programme, guidance from industry professionals and 24 hours a week of contact time over 38 weeks a year.
