Front of House and Admissions Co-ordinator
The role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Front of House and Admissions Co-ordinator to become the welcoming face of Boomsatsuma and play a central role in supporting the day-to-day life of our college.
This is a varied role at the heart of our college community, combining front-of-house responsibilities with attendance monitoring and admissions coordination. As one of the first people students, visitors and families meet, you’ll create a professional, supportive and welcoming environment while helping to ensure the smooth running of college operations.
Alongside managing reception, you’ll take ownership of college-wide attendance, working closely with students, families and staff to promote positive engagement and maintain accurate records. You’ll also coordinate the admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment, guiding prospective students and their families through every stage of the application process and helping deliver an excellent applicant experience.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while supporting young people to take their next step into creative education.
