What is Clearing?
Clearing is now open, which means that you now have the opportunity to apply for another course.
There are many reasons you might choose to apply through Clearing. Whether it’s because you decided you don’t want to go to your Firm or Insurance choices, you didn’t get the grades you needed, or you recently decided you want to study a creative course, we are ready to welcome you to Boomsatsuma for 2026/27!
You get one more choice to apply for through UCAS Clearing – make sure that you have researched your Clearing choice well, so you are confident with your decision. See more about our courses that are available through Clearing below!
You can apply if:
You’re applying for a course after 2nd July 2026
You didn’t receive any offers (or none you wanted to accept)
You didn’t meet the conditions of your offers
You’ve chosen to decline your firm place through the ‘decline my place’ option in UCAS
Key Dates
Keep in mind these key dates for the Clearing process:
14th August: A Level Results day. If your grades surprise you, now is the time to call up and find out what places are available on our courses.
20th October: Clearing closes. We often fill our places before this, so if you apply through Clearing, make sure you do so before this date!
