What is Clearing?
Clearing is an opportunity to find your perfect course, whether you’ve had a change of heart, are exploring your options for the first time or are navigating a new path toward university. Clearing is designed to help you start your studies where you truly belong.
When Does Clearing Open?
foClearing officially opens on 5th July 2025, and you can apply if:
You’re applying for a course after 30th June 2025
You didn’t receive any offers (or none you wanted to accept)
You didn’t meet the conditions of your offers
You’ve chosen to decline your firm place through the ‘decline my place’ option in UCAS
