Getting Started
Enrolment Help
If student finance or admin feels overwhelming, we’ll walk you through it.
Accommodation Support
We can help with house-hunting, including links to trusted letting agencies and our partnership with C J Hole.
DSA
We provide support with Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA). If you’re eligible, we’ll help you through the process.
Progression
Support Plans
We work with you to create tailored Student Support Plans – because everyone’s needs are different.
Career Coaching
Space to explore your future, work through ideas and plan what’s next after your degree.
Personal Tutors
You’ll be assigned an academic contact to offer one-to-one advice and guidance when you need it.
Student Voice
Course Reps
Students representatives meet termly to give feedback on courses and undergraduate life.
Module Evaluation
There are regular opportunities to share your thoughts on what’s working well and what could be improved.
A Team that Listens
You don’t have to wait for a formal review. We’re open to your feedback whenever you’re ready to share it.

Drop-In Advice
Quick chats to talk through any concerns and find out what support is available.
One-to-One Wellbeing Coaching
Coaching and solution-focusses sessions available in blocks of six, tailored to what you need. From managing anxiety, building confidence, handling grief or difficult relationships or anything in between.
Listening Sessions
A relaxed space to talk about things like homesickness, relationships, or deadline stress.
Managing Stress and Time
Practical ways to balance your workload, set boundaries and avoid burnout.
Lunchtime Wellbeing Activities
From knitting club to expert-led health and social workshops.
A Dedicated Wellbeing Team
