Create Agency is a supportive, creative educational approach designed to help young people build confidence, discover their strengths and develop the skills they need for what comes next. Focused on progression and individual needs, Create Agency combines practical training, personalised support and real-world experience to help young people outside mainstream education find their path and move forward with confidence.
The Create Agency programme has three stages. Create Pathway offers specialist education, Create Works provides a supported workplace, and Create Studio is a commercial creative workplace giving paid, real-world experience.
