THe COURSe

Get experience and training in photography, filmmaking, graphic design and marketing.

Your first year features an in-depth introduction to multiple creative and digital media disciplines, letting you experiment with various formats, channels and tools to find the ones that best suit your skills and interests. You'll then focus your attention in the second year towards one of three industry pathways: filmmaking, photography or graphic design.

The curriculum will nurture and stimulate your creativity and explore a range of visual communication methods that embed you within this creative city. You'll graduate with a substantial portfolio and plenty of the practical skills needed to progress into university or start an exciting career.

CONTENT

As a Creative and Digital Media student you'll have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of creative techniques, as well as benefit from working with live clients throughout the course. You'll gain experience in project and event management and learn about the needs of potential employers first-hand.

Where can this course take you?

Graduates of Creative and Digital Media could choose to apply for entry level roles in film studios, creative agencies, publishing and digital marketing companies. This may involve content creation, branding and graphics design work, alongside other forms of contemporary storytelling.

LOCATIONS

All of our classrooms are placed within central working hubs that put you right where the creative industries are. You'll spend time working at our Portland Square site, located in the heart of Bristol St Paul's.

APPLY NOW

Courses for students aged 16-18 are fully funded, however we ask for an annual £150 studio fee to cover enrichment costs. You'll be eligible to apply for a discretionary bursary to cover this and to assist with travel costs.
