SEND Admissions Coordinator, Specialist SEN Provision

The role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and welcoming SEND Admissions Coordinator to join our specialist SEN provision in Weston-super-Mare.

This role is central to the smooth running of the Weston Create Agency, providing high-quality administrative and front-of-house support across admissions, learner data and day-to-day centre administration. You’ll act as a key point of coordination for learners, families, Local Authorities and colleagues, helping to ensure that every stage of the learner journey is well-managed, professional and responsive.

Working closely with the General Manager and SENCO, you’ll support the full admissions and consultation process, from handling enquiries and referrals through to organising documentation, scheduling visits and assessments, and preparing onboarding paperwork. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining accurate learner records, tracking attendance, supporting reporting, and helping the team evidence progress against SLA expectations.

As the Weston centre continues to grow, this role will become increasingly important in supporting performance tracking, data quality and centre-wide coordination. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing detail, people and process, and who wants to be part of a provision making a real difference to young people with SEND.
